He understands real estate development and construction components, and most recently has been awarded the opportunity to manage the largest real estate portfolio in Kittitas County developed by the Trailside Group®. In 2020, he brokered a $9mm sale—one of the highest priced sales at the time in the city of Kirkland.

Born and raised right here in PNW! Brian knows this city, and has a passion for it, and the stunning landscape surrounding it. Brian is an active member at his local church in Kirkland, and enjoys travel, ski trips, and summers on the shores of Lake Chelan. His family is the driving force behind everything he does and when he isn’t busy breaking local real estate records, you’re likely to find Brian at home with his wife Nicole and their two children.
