Staging a home in preparation for open market is a form of art. It begins with a vision of how to achieve an aesthetic that will attract a carefully selected buyer profile and ends with a showcase of the home’s premier qualities that provides the seller with an edge. We exclusively use OnStage Staging for our clients staging needs. We have a long lasting relationship with OnStage to ensure the absolute best uniform look to your home, at the very best price.

The goal with staging the properties we market is to provide a uniform look with new, current furniture, that allows your home to compete with new construction how products. We see our clients consistently receive a 15-20% ROI on the costs of staging. Staging also paves the way to capture the very best images of your home from our high end photographers so we can create an emotional connection with the home, showcase the “art of the possible” and procure a buyer candidate to fall in love with your home! Each home is different. Some homes need entire staging through out, some need minor staging through out, either way, we will ensure your property looks its very best so you receive the max value on your property.

Most of the projects we take on, there are minor repairs needed as well. We engage with a top-tier network of trusted professionals that assist with everything from extensive remodeling and landscape architecture, to painting and home cleaning services. We work with you to make a plan and execute to ensure your home looks its absolute best.
